Refund Policy

We want PlanCourt to earn your trust. This policy explains what happens when you ask for your money back.

1. Credit packs

Unused credits never expire. Credit packs are refundable for a full refund if none of the purchased credits have been consumed. If some have been consumed, the unconsumed balance is refunded on a pro-rata basis (a $25 pack = 20 credits, so 5 consumed credits = 25% used = 75% refunded).

2. Subscriptions (Pro & Team)

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Within 14 days of a first charge, we'll refund it in full on request if you have not meaningfully used the service since that charge.
After 14 days, we'll refund the unused portion of a prepaid period pro-rata on request.

3. Failed or errored runs

Managed runs are metered in credits. If a run never begins, or errors before producing any output, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance. Runs that produce a report are complete and not refundable, but if you believe a result was unusable, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email on your account and a short note. We respond within two business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and may take a few business days to appear.
